A lot of teams struggle with collaboration because they don’t practice Autonomy, Safety and Structure. They often don’t have the autonomy to opt in or out of decisions, discussions or even meetings. If they do opt in, teams might not have the safety to speak honestly or the structure to actually get to the best options and decisions.
Diane did a workshop tackling these concerns last week at Agile2022 in Nashville called, Three Components of Kick-A$$ Collaboration. Because isn’t that what we all want?
We put together these resources because a lot of people are seeking help in creating more collaborative experiences. They’re tired of making meetings mandatory so people will show up. They want to know how to make them compelling so people will want to engage!
